Running Late

If you're running late, please call 513-256-5925. Your session may need to remain in the initial time frame, or we may choose to reschedule. If I am running late, I will call you with as much notice as possible. If your schedule permits, you will still receive the full time.

Cancellations

Appointments occasionally need to be cancelled or rescheduled. I am happy to work with you to make scheduling as easy as possible. Because this is my livelihood, I ask for at least 24 hours notice - otherwise you may be asked to pay.

 "No Shows" 

No shows are no fun. If you received a reminder call/email and do not show, then you will be asked to pay the cost of your session.

Diagnosis

As a licensed massage therapist, it is not in my scope of practice to state or to suggest any diagnosis. Any questions regarding signs or symptoms are strictly asked in order to help determine proper protocol. Clients are asked to accept full responsibility for seeking medical care as needed.

Intent of Session

Please understand that the therapy provided by Libby Winterhalter is medical and holistic in nature; it is NOT intended to be sexual in any manner. Any display, or suggestion of inappropriate behavior, will cause the session to terminate immediately.
